I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had a gross and damp feeling, and there was a noticeable smell, but they rarely disappointed when it came to comfort. The service was exceptionally friendly and nice, with staff members trying their best to create a pleasant environment despite the undesirable conditions. While the location didn't meet my specific needs, it was great for visiting my daughter and close to various dining options. The dining experience was okay but could use improvement, and the facilities had their ups and downs.

The hotel had a strong cigar smoke and cat urine smell upon entry, making the room feel cramped for a supposed king room. Despite this, the staff was both friendly and helpful during our stay. The location suited our needs perfectly, although the dining options left much to be desired.
